XCWeather
One of my favourite and most useful sites available for current weather and forecasts with live data from hundreds of locations around Europe. Designed for pilots of small aircraft with most of the information collected in real time from airfields.

Magic Seaweed
My other favourite site, aimed primarily at surfers giving 7 day forecasts. You will find some of the best graphical information on wind, pressure and waves available. The animation is particularly good and range can be zoomed in or out.

Bramblemet
Live weather information from Brambles Bank, Southampton Docks and Chichester Harbour.
