Team Building Sailing
Learn how to sail a yacht in the Solent with your team! No previous sailing experience is required.
Sailing has strong parallels to the business world; common goals, clear communication, your role in that team and the ability to interact with the rest to achieve maximum performance and results.
Our experienced skippers are all RYA qualified and will use their experience in a safe environment to ensure everyone is involved, be it handling the ropes to taking the helm. By lunchtime, everyone will have been engaged and will be starting to work as a team!
UP TO 6 PEOPLE
We prefer small groups of up to 6 people under the guidance of a professional skipper. In this way, we can give each person the time and attention they may need.
OVER 6 PEOPLE
We can cater for larger groups, and they will be divided into teams (of up to 6 people per team) this way everyone has access to the action. Teams will learn to sail their yacht in the morning and then have the opportunity for a friendly race in the afternoon.
TAILORED PACKAGES
We will talk to you in the first instance and gain a thorough understanding of your requirements. We will then ‘tailor’ a package to suit particular objectives you may wish to achieve. Our planning team will work with you to meet your exact requirements.
